About Me

My name is Rebecca and I am a full time student, nanny, and lover of Pinterest. As a nanny I never know what is going to happen. The kids can get sick, wild, cranky, cuddly, goofy, sassy, and every other adjective you can think of, in the span of twenty minutes. It is my job to keep them safe and to the best of my ability happy. This is where Pinterest comes in. I love finding resources on Pinterest such as crafts, recipes, and activities I can do with the kids. Plus I also just love to waste an hour, ok maybe two, on it every once in a while. Pinterest has gotten me out of as well as into a bunch of pinches when it comes to entertaining, feeding, and cleaning up after my two wildly wonderful charges. On this blog I take a new idea I find on Pinterest every week and will first post about the oh so perfect Pinterest theory of the idea and then later in the week once I have tried it out with the kids I will tell you how it went, the good, the bad, the tragic, the explosions, the victories, and all the silly antics that are sure to come about. If you would like to follow me on Pinterest and get a sneak peek at crafts that will be coming up in the future you can follow The Pinning Nanny.

  1. Hi Rebecca! Just wanted to tell you that I really like the idea you came up with for your blog and I hope you have fun with it this semester. From what I’ve observed, there are a lot of moms on WordPress so if you stick with this, I can see your blog gaining a large following! Looking forward to seeing what else you come up with these next few months!

    • Thank you Kyle! I’m so glad that you are able to find the blog useful. Who know maybe in the future you will be able to use my ideas on your own kids or nieces and nephews.
